The Research Of Social Work Intervention On University Students' Mental Health

With the swift development of technology and the increasing competition in the society,the living standards in China improve constantly and the competition continues to increase.More and more university students appear mental health problems when facing the changes.Under the times change and psychological problems became very complicated,the traditional mental health education methods for student hard to work properly now.Therefore,School Social Works,as a new,scientific and effective solution to university students' mental health problems.According to understanding the current situation of university students' mental health,the writer suggests to enhance the students' overall quality,from the perspective of school social work to explore the group students' the characteristics of mental health and the effect factors,through greatly support the school social works work effective in universities in China in order to cover the disadvantage of traditional methods.In this paper," College Students Mental Health Scale" and "college students' mental health impact factor questionnaire(homemade)"are used to question 478 college students,and the data were statistically analyzed with SPSS 18.0 software.Measures as the method to analysis the group students' current situation of metal health.7.63%taken students show obvious symptom;11.53%students show that they may have the symptom;49.25%students are in the general group.31.65%students have no symptom.Based on that situation,the university students' mental health situations are not good.Anxiety,depression,low self-esteem,social withdraw and paranoia are the main mental health problems among university students.According to the above research and discussion,combining the theory,methods and techniques of social work with the traditional school mental health education methods,the author intervene in a case of university student's mental health problem and closed smoothly.At last,the author expresses his own views on casework,group work and community work.We hope that school social work can help students solve problems,discover their potential talent,enhance the quality and adapt to life by solving the problem of the student with emotional confusion,academic pressure,developing and adapting and a lack of resources,and strive to promote the practical application of School Social Work.
