The Research On The Occupational Mobility Of House-hold Boater In Lower Minjiang River Basin

Since the founding of People's Republic of China,the Chinese society experiencing dramatic change all the time.The occupational mobility as a form of social mobility,is an important demonstration of social change.In the planned economy period,Political Domination-oriented Model of social mobility led to the occupational mobility trench blocked,few people can have occupation mobility.After the Reform and Opening-up Policy,under the system of social change and transformation,the trend of the occupational mobility gradually began,diversified trend occurred in occupation,and the pattern of the modern occupational mobility is more and more dominant.The study of the occupational mobility on the S community's House-hold boater is a practical miniature of the social development and change.Before the practice of reform and opening policy,House-hold boater is under the governance of the centralized and unified management,seldom House-hold boater had flow,they almost stayed in the ship to work;With the practice of reform and opening policy and the reform of economic system,the occupational mobility of House-hold boater had changed,the devolution of transportation depot enabled the mining on the water and transportation greatly developed,some House-hold boater selected to continue to work on the water,but with the improvement of exoteric extent of society,there were some House-hold boater began to use the way such as join the army,and go to school to be in different occupation.After 21st century,the country enacted to ban the implementation of the mining,hitting the trade of the sand mining and transportation on water.The House-hold boater has been widespread transferred to civilian work,the diversity of career choice and the mobility of the new pattern formation has appeared.Based on the field survey and conducting interviews,according to the interview data of the House-hold boat and related literature,this research discusses and analyzes three different historical periods of the occupational mobility of House-hold boater since 1949,and on the basis of that,the paper analyzes the mechanism that cause the occupational mobility of House-hold boater,and mainly focusing on four factors:system,society,family and individual.The occupational mobility and the occupation choice of House-hold boater in S community is different in each period.From the changes of House-hold boater in S community 'occupational mobility,we can see the gradual transformation and the process of modernization of them,finding the transformation path from planned economy to market economy,the change of the pattern of occupational mobility and the influencing mechanism under this.The curing type under the pattern of occupation mobility in the planned economy system in China has been changed with the development of the society.Nowadays the pattern of our country's occupational mobility has present the new pattern with modern social features,the emergence of the pattern of the mobility with modern characteristic is the expression of the more open and more advanced society,the course of the House-hold boater' s occupational mobility is one of Chinese transformation from the traditional society to modern society.Therefore,according to the analysis and study of the occupational mobility under the social structure changes,deeper recognization and understanding of the House-hold boater' s society can be find,and a more fully perspective of the change of Chinese society will be viewed.
