Physical education curriculum as an important subject of fitness education,how to achieve the high quality of their potential to play an important role in education need to pay attention to the problem.Physical education is different from other cultural courses.In the teaching process,students need to bear a certain degree of intensity of stimulation,which can stimulate the students' inner physiology.As for the research on the intensity of physical education in China,the current situation of the research is the majority,the experimental research is relatively scarce,and the quantitative evaluation criteria for the intensity of physical exercise is lack.This study is based on the current situation,through construction the high school sports classroom for the corresponding exercise intensity exercise heart rate interval,and real-time monitoring and interventing on physical education basic part average exercise heart rate,to explore "the effective value threshold of exercise heart rate" of high school sports.This research mainly adopts the methods of literature,experiment,mathematical statistics and other research methods,191 students from 6 classes of Shanghai Minhang high school were selectedas experimental subjects for experimental research,the research results are as follows:(1)The average heart rate of the physical education in the conventional physical education was generally low,lack of regularity,a large range of fluctuations,and can not effectively stimulate students' physical function.(2)The effects of different sizes of load intensity on physical fitness of high school students are different.High intensity exercise can effectively promote the development of students' body shape and cardiopulmonary endurance.Moderate exercise intensity is better than high intensity exercise in improving students' body shape,improving cardiopulmonary endurance level and promoting the development of physical fitness.(3)The average heart rate control in the basic part of high school physical education is more appropriate between 150-170/min.
