In recent years the physical health of college students to the education sector has become a hot topic of discussion,the annual report shows the physical data shocking.Schools become the important place where the college students health and promote the development of the sports curriculum,brought about by the effect of exercise did not achieve the expected results,in promoting college students' physical health still have some defects.In this paper,according to the Ministry of education the State Sports General Administration and implementation of the "national student physical health standard(revised in 2014)> index,the study of Nanjing Sport Institute's Department of health freshman.Through reading books and teacher communication methods,formulate scientific and reasonable exercise intensity intervention program.The first grade two classes were selected(control group and experiment the experimental group),and the two classes(before and after the experiment)measurements,obtain valid data.The data collected Analyzed respectively,to student's heart rate and energy consumption,body shape and physical quality of comparative studies,to verify in strength under the control of students healthy body fitness effect,hope can to promote the comprehensive development of the physical and mental health of college students,to speed up the Chinese school physical education curriculum reform to provide certain theory reference basis.Conclusions of this study:(1)The experimental group,the average heart rate and average energy consumption were higher than those in the control group,but in high strength energy consumption is more obvious.Physical education in average high intensity and the moderate intensity for total time ratio was significantly greater than that of the control group,with significant difference.(2)In the experimental group the medium intensity exercise between 140-158 times / min,exercise intensity between 160-178 times / min,the effect of experimental group body composition(BMI)significantly better than that of the control group can improve body shape in a certain extent,so as to promote the health of the body there is no difference in height and weight of the experimental group and the control group,on the body mass index have obvious differences.(3)The medium intensity exercise continued 35-40 minutes,high movement intensity continued in 15-20 minutes,to the endurance quality has improved significantly,increases endurance quality of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group.The progress rate of experimental group female students good in this group of boys,in the control progress rate of male group is better than the group of girls.(4)Experimental group moderate exercise intensity between 140-158 times / min,the last time in the 35-40 minutes,high movement intensity between 160-178 times / min,duration for 15-20 minutes.Flexibility,strength,speed quality comparison before the experiment,the experimental group is significantly increased,the magnitude of the experimental group female students progress was higher than the group of boys,show that in high movement intensity control for the girls to improve health related physical fitness is more effective.(5)Through the middle and large intensity of the directional exercise,the development of College Students' body shape and physical quality has good effect,achieve the desired goal,to a certain extent,improve the health of the students.
