With the economic development and social progress,the quality of higher education has become a hot topic of social concern.Professional is the direct unit of university personnel training,professional construction level to a large extent determine whether the university can cultivate high-quality talent.The evaluation of the profession has become an important means to promote the continuous improvement of the quality of higher education.However,an overview of China's higher education assessment of the development process,higher education assessment more focused on institutional assessment,and professional assessment is limited development.This study takes the professional evaluation of higher education as the research object,hoping to draw more scholars' attention to the professional evaluation,promote professional development and prosperity,at the same time to a certain extent,to promote China's higher education evaluation theory system to provide a reference,to promote the adjustment and optimization of the structure of the professional and talent cultivation of the school,improve the overall teaching level of the school,promote the internationalization of our higher education,Education quality mutual recognition,has important theoretical and practical significance.In accordance with the "find the problem,analyze the problem,solve the problem",Through the collection,collation and analysis of information to identify the current professional assessment activities in China at present problems and analyze the reasons;on the basis of combing the development course of professional assessment between China,Britain and the United States,this paper makes a comparative study on the professional evaluation of the three countries from three aspects: the evaluation procedure,the educational evaluation institution and the government's role in the evaluation,summed up the Anglo-American professional assessment of the two countries of China 's inspiration;finally,the author puts forwardthe countermeasures to improve the professional evaluation of higher education in our country from the three levels of government,society and colleges and universities in combination with the problems of professional assessment in China and the revelation of professional assessment between China and the United States.
