The professional setting, curriculum reform and teaching material construction is the core of deepening the teaching reform of occupation education, and the Key to improving teaching quality of occupation education. With the development of occupation education, teaching reform and innovation have the disruptive change. But from the influence of other factors as regional economic development is not balanced, curriculum reform is not uniform, textbook construction is not reasonable, vocational education textbook compilation appear the phenomenon of the not suited to personnel training requirements of the market.The American textbook "Chemical Concepts and Applications" which is the paper selected for comparison is a American high school chemistry textbook prepared by Mc Graw- Hill Publishing Group based on the US "National Science Education Standards".It usage in the United States reached 30-47%, in the current, is the mainstream textbook in American high school. The kit's Chinese version published by Zhejiang Education Publishing House, the book release within a few months, it attracted the attention of national education experts and scholars. Users of this book and our five-year vocational students the first two years of basic education have the same Age, same knowledge and cognitive abilities. When teaching the basics of chemistry reflect the multifaceted and worth learning advantage.In this paper, using literature analysis, comparative study and case study methods, except by comparing the Higher PEP "Chemistry(General category)" and "Chemical Concepts and Applications" Textbook's whole surface emerge(such as column settings, the design of the pictures, photos, tables)and the deep design(such as the selection of content, Section layout, the penetration of career education) that made a detailed comparative analysis with two textbooks' Organic Chemistry Content's selection, presentation, import, the setting up the scenario material and experiment and questions arrangement, proposed the preparation of basic chemistry textbook should be further optimize the design of the contents and recommendations.From the results of comparative analysis and the actual situation of Chinese Vocational Education, for compiling of secondary vocational education or Vocational Education in Basic Chemistry Teaching Material made the following revelation: Textbook should manufacture multicultural atmosphere, from the side phenomenon, presented in the form of content to be colorful and teaching materials should be added to the areas of employment and penetration content, thereby enhancing the comprehensive quality of students, enhance students' practical ability and application ability, convenient for students to learn on their own, guide students to develop career awareness. Textbook content should be comprehensive, multi-angle adapted to the characteristics of regional economic development professionals' basis need.
