Research On The Talent Training Mode Of Applied Undergraduate Colleges Based On The Excellent Plan

With the arrival of the era of economy and the continuous progress of science and technology,it not only brings the rapid development of China's economic opportunities,but also makes our country facing the serious challenges of applied talents shortage.But in the developed countries of Europe and America,the cultivation of applied talents has been developed for decades or even hundreds of years,and they have gradually formed a relatively complete system of personnel training system.Applied Undergraduate Colleges and universities should be oriented to the regional economy.In order to enhance the strength of local economic development.Colleges should cultivate high-quality and high-level talents to serve the regional economic and social development.But in the process of cultivating the applied talents,Colleges and universities suffered to many aspects,which come from the internal and external,such as the positioning is not clear,the shortage of funds,unreasonable curriculum,construction of teachers and practice platform are not perfect.This paper takes Dewey's pragmatism education theory,coordination theory of Haken and the combination of education and productive labor theory as the theoretical basis.And meanwhile,the paper defines the concepts such as "excellence" ?“applied undergraduate colleges ”and“talents training mode ”.The paper adopts the literature research method,comparative study method and historical research method and other research methods to sort out the direction of the literature.This study analyzes the personnel training modes of German dual system,the British "sandwich" model and the Australian ATFE model and pointed out the successful path of foreign talents training mode,summing up thereference and inspiration for our country.And pointed some problems existing in the process of personnel training in our country.In this paper,the "excellence program" is introduced into the system of talent cultivation in Applied Undergraduate Colleges and universities,and it puts forward a new way of cultivating talents in Applied Undergraduate Colleges.
