Innovation Research On The Application-oriented Talent Ttaining Mode In The Local Undergraduate Colleges And Universities

China has become a handful of the great powers of higher education on the world,which has made great contribution to the modernization construction.However,confronting with the industrial restructuring and upgrading,innovation as the core driving force and the outstanding contradiction between the talent supply and demand,the misfit between talent cultivating structure in higher education and market demand is more outstanding.To this end,the Ministry of Education actively promotes that the local universities transform to applied universities,and gives the corresponding instructions.The local universities to cultivate the applied talents is the realistic needs to carry out the classified development and connotation development policy in higher education,a significant measure to alleviate the contradiction between economic restructuring and talents supply and demand,a strategic choice of the local undergraduate colleges to exist and develop.This paper takes the talents training mode of local undergraduate colleges and universities as the research object,in order to improve the ability of local undergraduate colleges and universities to serve local economic development,to realize the connotative development,to strengthen the endogenous power and key competitiveness,to effectively raise the quality of school-running efficiency and level.Firstly,through the field investigation of three local undergraduate colleges and universities in Si Chuan by questionnaire investigation and interview investigation,this paper deeply investigates the current situation of three local undergraduate colleges and universities from the objective of talent training,major setup and curriculum provision,teaching contents,teaching staff,practice teaching,expenditure,graduate employment and so on.Then,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of cultivating the applied talents,mainly for the divergence between talents training program and industry demand,the misfit between subject chain and industrial chain,the shortage of dual-qualification teachers and the delayed construction of experimental bases.Finally,this paper puts forward a new applied talents training mode for local undergraduate colleges and universities.Under the guidance of the principle of building applied talents training mode of the local undergraduate colleges and universities,this paper sets up a new applied talents training mode framework---“double main body and four driving”.And the following method can be carried out:explicit objective of talents training,optimize the talent training scheme,the discipline chain matches up the industry chain,consolidate the troop of dual-qualification teachers,and improve facilities construction of practice.
