| Bring the role theory into the teaching of ideological and political lesson in senior high school,which not only meets with the basic idea of ideological and political lesson,but also becomes the important choice for teacher to transform the traditional teaching mode and promotes the ideology of students subject.The application of role theory in the teaching of ideological and political class,we should further study the notion of role expectation、role play、role conflict and role reversal in the role theory.Firstly,which can provide the theoretical basis for the feasibility of the application of role theory in high school teaching from the course standard、teacher and student three aspects to provide the realistic significance of this theory.Secondly,it must not be smooth to bring in the role theory,in the face of the exam oriented education,the existence of instrumental rationality,the shackles of traditional teaching methods,the obstacles of limited evaluation,need to be solved from schools,teachers and students.Finally,the article focuses on the application of role theory to the ideological and political course in high school: in the teaching preparation stage,in accordance with the creation of the problem situation and the selection of students,for students the actor observer,other places and other resources such as time,auxiliary preparation steps,which is the premise for the application of the role theory;in the teaching stage,teachers need to create a good atmosphere,clear procedural requirements,activities can choose “aquarium”,role change,and role play group,to enable students to achieve the effect of internalization by situational experience;In the teaching summary stage,the teacher should carry on the appraisal according to the certain procedure to carry on the activity and the student role behavior,carries on the accumulation experience for the next activity.However,the role theory should pay attention to several problems,including the application of role theory cannot be generalized,we should pay attention to the operation time,should not be limited to classroom teaching.There are many ways of teaching in the ideological and political course in senior high school,and the teachers should make the right choice according to the actual teaching environment.The application of role theory education just to provide an alternative to enhance the students’ interest in high school ideological and political education,enhance their ability to analyze and solve problems,promote students to establish a correct outlook on life,world outlook and values. |
