Since the 20th century,with the social development and progress in science,the level of people's life has been improved dramatically.At the same time,however,serious pollution to the environment and arbitrary waste to the energy caused by people has made the beautiful earth beyond recognition.In order to increase people's environmental consciousness and make people get the environmental knowledge and form the energy-saving and emission-reduction habit,all countries are developing the education of energy conservation and emission reduction.Compared to some developed countries which started this education relatively early and have reached a comparatively good level,the energy-saving and emission-reduction education in our country is still in a relatively backward level of which a lot of aspects need to be improved.The main research contents of the paper are:1.It summed up the development process of countries at home and abroad,and concluded different environmental educational theories of different countries in different historical periods and the Lucas environmental education model;2.It discussed the concept,training objectives,implementation approaches and evaluations of the environmental education;3.It made a research of the situation of the environmental quality of middle school students in our country and it turned out that the middle school students in our country have weak awareness of environmental protection and are short of energy-saving and emission-reduction knowledge.So it is of great urgency to start the energy-saving and emission-reduction education to students in middle school;4.It analyzed the structural systems,column settings and illustrations of physics teaching materials in junior and senior middle schools,and it argued the possibility of permeating the environmental education in physics teaching in middle school;5.Combined with the contents and characteristics of the physics teaching in middle school,through observations and practices,it concluded some effective implementation approaches of permeating the environmental education in teaching and listed several specific instructional design cases.There are three points of research meaning of the paper:1.drawing people's attention to the problem of environment and energy,and the energy-saving and emission-reduction education;2.proposing some new ideas and suggestions for the theoretical construction and implementation of the energy-saving and emission-reduction education;3.responding to the country's call of improving citizenship of environment and conforming to the idea of new lesson's education of moving from life to physics and from physics to the society at the same time.
