| In recent years, the Stability of employment has become the social focus on one of the hot issues of employment, emerged a large number of studies of employment stability and secondary vocational school graduates employment stability, but the professional development of secondary vocational school graduates individual experience and the stability of employment status is not much to do in-depth research and description.This research adopts qualitative research methods, research data were obtained through the interviews, the second vocational technical secondary school graduates to Kunming deep draw personal working experience, analysis on the stability of employment for graduates, analyzes the reasons for this situation and this kind of condition may produce positive and negative consequences, from individual interpretation experience level, employment stability and adaptability of career planning and development, and try to secondary vocational school, the society puts forward to establish a reasonable career planning education and employment guidance advice.This study is divided into four chapters, each chapter content is as follows:The first chapter, this paper expounds the reason and meaning of this study, researchers on existing related research are reviewed.The second chapter, the study is described in detail, introduces the research process.The third chapter, describes the story of two graduates employment, who graduated the second vocational technical secondary school in Kunming, on the basis of analyzing the two stability of employment for graduates, analyze the reasons, analysis respectively two graduate employment stability conditions possible consequences.The fourth chapter, present research conclusion, reading from the Angle of individual experience level employment stability and adaptability of the career planning education and vocational guidance, and to the school, society and graduates personal suggestions are put forward. |
