Employment stability is one of the most important symbols of the quality of university graduates. At present, due to the declining of employment stability of university graduates, it is not only seriously affected the quality of employment, increased the human resources costs, but also caused certain harms on the rational flow of human resources in society. Therefore, study on the stability problem of university graduates not only has a certain theoretical significances, also has important practical significances.The stability of college graduates is a multifactor comprehensive influence results. This research analyzes the stability problem of university graduates in the perspective of social capital, through empirical analysis our country new employment group of college students career stability characteristics and conditions. Job stability, for the key variables, puts forward three hypotheses of this study: one, the more abundant human capital university graduates is, job mobility is higher; two, the more abundant social network capital the university graduates is, working more liquid; three, it is the more outside the system of employment, the work of university graduates and the higher the liquidity.Investigations show that university graduates who had the quitting experiences, their employment stability indicated obvious differences: on gender aspect, male can convert their careers more easy than female; besides, students in urban areas are more likely to make career transition than rural areas students; on the nature of the company, university graduates in private enterprises and individual enterprises are more likely to make career transformation; on the level of wages, university graduates with lower level of wages have higher career change rate; also, university graduates would take development possibility into consideration, career transition is more likely to happen when the possibility is vague. More career change, means that the lower the job stability. So, the employment stability of current university graduates presents a relatively obvious differences. In addition, social relation network is another key factor to the stability of university graduates. This research data model analysis shows that the social relationship type; social position size and social network resources have significance on the stability of university graduates. Specifically, with the weaker of social relation, lager social network size, more resources in social network, would lead to the lower employment stability.The key to promote the employment of university graduates must be: firstly, university graduates themselves should establish practical professional psychological expectations; secondly, university graduates must set up reasonable career change perspective; thirdly, university graduates should adapt to the new requirements of career change; fourthly, society must set up a good employment environment for university graduates.
