Think Tank referred to the research institute which is stabilized and relatively independent.And the researcher of the institute to make an interdisciplinary study with scientific research methods to study extensive public policy problems.The purpose of this research is to provide relevant consulting service to the government and enterprises.Nowadays,the education is regarded as an very important issue in the public field,which is beneficial to the people's livelihood.And with the developing and deepening to the research of the education in a public policy view,the education policy analysis also got an well development as an branch of the public policy.And think tank as a relatively stable and independent education policy research and consultancy,is education policy decision-making and implementation,scientific assessment of a system of democratization and arrange,playing the thought,the impact policies,guide the function of public opinion,bridge the gap between the knowledge and education decision making,contribution expert wisdom.Has the function of improving the quality of the education policy and action.Think-tank,not only to generate ideas,but also make rational,professional,scientific education policy analysis and research,propose solutions,try to make your own research interest in education policy makers,ultimately affect the education policy.Our country attaches great importance to the academic research service for education policy.As early as 1957 to set up the central institute of education science,which has become China's education reform and important theory,policy and practice problems of important positions.After with our country's education policy research institutions,education policy research in China has entered a new stage of rapid development.Although education policy research in China in recent 20 years has been rapid development,the role in the education decision-making has been strengthened,but for the think-tank,joined in the whole process of education policy,a think-tank,namely by participating in the education process to influence the democracy of education policy decision,implementation and effectiveness of the evaluation of scientific research is not enough.In addition,a think-tank,participate in the process of education policy research is a new topic in the field of education policy research.So this study first of all,through the introduction part of the statement of the problem,and research purpose,research content,the definition of the concept,literature review,etc to the comprehensive understanding on the problem and clarify the relevant concept,lay a good foundation for the next research.Followed by the think tank in the main body of education policy process to conduct research and classification,this paper different think-tank,the main body involved in the education policy process(decision-making,implementation,evaluation)at various stages of ways and means.Next to think-tank in further education policy process further investigate to find existing problems and puts forward some constructive Suggestions,in order to enrich education policy process research.
