A Study On The Construction Of Folk Education Think Tank In China

Since China entered the new era,the structure of various fields is changing in the course of China's reform,and the field of education is also undergoing reform.The structure of educational governance is also undergoing changes,and more subjects of education are participating in the governance of education.Educational think tanks play an important role in solving the outstanding problems in education reform.As a special form of educational think tanks,folk education think tanks are used in educational governance and policy formulation.Educational decision consultation and other aspects actively participate in the education problems in the society to put forward solutions and reference,play a supplementary role.This research mainly uses the literature method,the case study,Comparative analysis,interviews and other research methods are used to conduct in-depth research on think-tanks and educational think-tanks.Combined with a case study of the Yangtze Institute of Education,a folk education think-tank,first-hand information is obtained.After careful analysis and exploration,the countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of non-governmental think tanks are obtained.This research mainly includes the following five parts:The first part introduction: this paper mainly introduces the basis,purpose and content of the thesis,literature review,significance and method,and defines the concept of think tank,education think tank,folk think tank and folk education think tank.The second part The generation,development and function of folk education think tank are studied.Taking the Chang Jiang Institute of Education as an example,this paper discusses the operation of the folk education think tank from the aspects of fund operation mechanism,management mechanism,team building mechanism and achievement transformation mechanism in the innovation mechanism.Through the comparative study of the attribution of problems with the this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of Chinese folk education think tanks,analyzes the problems faced by folk education think tanks,and provides the basis for the current situation analysis tell-known think tanks in the world.For the next part of the civilian education think tank construction countermeasures to pave the way.This chapter mainly aims at the present situation of the folk education think tank,puts forward the new folk education think tank construction strategy suggestion,the concrete strategy is: the multivariate fund raising mechanism,the talented person introduction mechanism,the talented person training mechanism,Think tank market mechanism and promotion of decision-making consulting.
