Women Education Class�A Mechanism Of Socialconstruction Of Contemporary Female Character

In recent years,folk public welfare organization plays an important role in the innovation of social management.The article is a study of a women education class based on T city.The author mainly analyze how the women education class rebuild female characters by forming its specification model.The introduction part explains the origin of the topic,the problem,the purpose,the meaning,the basic concepts,the theoretical perspective and the research method.In this part,the author give the theoretical framework.They are social role theory and social learning theory.Then the author combed the studies inland and abroad about women education,female role and female role construction.The first part gives a detail description about curriculum provision,the process for class,action model and space settings.The description is based on the author study in the women education class before.We can decide the second part into two little parts.The first part mainly introduce the operational mode about standard,education,founder,organizer and sponsor.The second part analysis learning effect of women.It mainly through the methods of observation,interview and questionnaire.Based on the two parts,the author points out the shortage of female education class at present.The third part explain the women education class rebuild the female role through two modes.The performance of different period of inequality between men and women,social policy and mass media provide the situation.The teaching mode changed the thought of women.To the women who have the class,the self-identity come into being through the communication.They will strengthen their role cognition.The author will give an explanation from the above several aspects.In general,all the above factors constitute the female education class to construct the special mechanism of female characters.
