The professional growth of teachers has received widespread attention from all walks of life,and the practical knowledge of teachers as the main knowledge base of the professional growth of teachers has become the focus of this article.This paper selects a teaching case of a middle school physics pre-service teacher G teacher,analyzes the composition and source of the practical knowledge of G teacher,and then analyzes the key factors of the generation of his practical knowledge,and finally puts forward the key factors found in the research Strategies for practical knowledge generation.This paper is mainly composed of the following four parts:The first part of the introduction: introduces the reason for the research of this article,combs the research status of domestic and foreign teachers' practical knowledge and the research status of physics teachers' practical knowledge,makes relevant comments,defines relevant research concepts,and summarizes this paper The significance of research.The second part of the research design: expounds the research content,research methods,research ideas,collection methods of research data,processing of research data and research ethics of this article.The third part of the theoretical basis: through reading the relevant literature to refine the main theoretical basis of this article: the view of knowledge and practice;the theory of constructivism.Part 4 The composition of G teachers' practical knowledge: through extensive reading of literature,the composition framework of Professor Chen Xiangming's practical knowledge of teachers is selected,and the practical knowledge of G teacher is deconstructed into teacher G's self-knowledge,student's knowledge,and subject Knowledge of content and knowledge of physics teaching methods.The fifth part is the source of G teacher's practical knowledge: Analyze G teacher's life experience,learning experience,education practice and personal reflection to explore the source of G teacher's practical knowledge.The sixth part is the key factors for the generation of practical knowledge:according to the composition and source of teacher G's practical knowledge,it is concluded that the key factors for the generation of practical knowledge of teacher G are educational practice and personal reflection.Finally,the analysis of these two factors is The role played by teachers in the process of generating practical knowledge.The seventh part of the research conclusions and shortcomings: according to the key factors in the generation of practical knowledge,summarize the generation strategies of pre-service teachers' practical knowledge,and point out the shortcomings of this paper and the future research prospects.
