There is an important effect of mental health education in high school teachers' practical knowledge of teachers' psychological education.It determines the level of education and mental health education effect.The author believes that the concept of high school mental health education teacher's practical knowledge is based on high school teachers mental health the theory of knowledge integration,personal experience and personality,teaching practice,the daily accumulation of mental health education in the specific teaching situation of the knowledge.It includes understanding and transformation of content knowledge Grasp and apply flexibly teaching strategies,teaching introspection,teacher's personal educational beliefs,teacher self understanding and regulation,teacher's understanding and communication of students,education,tact,etc in dealing with changing educational situations.Through observation and interview,this study explores the main factors that affect the practical knowledge of senior high school mental health education teachers,And on this basis,the author puts forward the concrete strategies for the practical knowledge generation of senior high school mental health education teachers.This paper is composed of four parts.Each part is stated as follows: The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the origin of the research,literature review,theoretical significance,practical significance,and the definition of the relevant concepts of practical knowledge of teachers;The second part explores and studies the content,structure and characteristics of practical knowledge of teachers,and on this basis puts forward the uniqueness of practical knowledge of mental health education;The third part uses the observation method and interview method for the research of mental health education in high school teachers' practical knowledge generation of main influence factors,the effect of mental health education in high school teachers' practical knowledge generation main factors are analyzed;The fourth part puts forward the strategies for the practical knowledge generation of senior high school mental health education teachers.
