As a basic national policy,the fertility policy's adjustment will effect on every family.The Universal Two-child policy is no exception.This article is to explore what choice will the family make and which factors that affecting their fertility choice In this context.The depth interview method of qualitative research is applied to interview two types of families.One of the family is the family that the couple both aren't only children.Three factors that affecting fertility choices are concluded by analyzing the interview data.The first is personal factor,including Individual willingness,individual age and physical condition three aspects.Individual willingness means how many children does the family want to have,when does the family decide to have another child and which gender does the family choose.Individual age and individual physical condition are the individual's assessment of their age and physical condition.The second is family factor,including family willingness and family support.family financial support and family care support are included in family support.Family willingness are a collection of Family members'opinion,including parents,view about fertility,spouses' view about fertility and children' view about fertility.Family financial support comes from the couple and their parents.The third is social factor,including regional fertility culture,fertility policy social services and facilities and women's career development pressure.Regional fertility culture means different fertility culture atmosphere in different areas,mainly refers to the differences between urban and rural.For the family,all factors mentioned above are not independent and no one factor is dominant.The interaction of various factors mutual influence family reproductive decisions.
