| Logical reasoning ability is an important ability in Mathematics.Because the characteristics of mathematics itself is objective and rigorous,with a strong logic.Simply,mathematics theories are not arbitrary and freewheeling,but hook-ups and closely linked.For example,algebra and geometry seems unrelated,but they can also be trained by analytic geometry.Such ties are subtle but ubiquitous.Therefore,it is very important to develop the students’ ability of logical reasoning.Research on the logical reasoning ability appeared in such a situation,this paper is based on the junior high school mathematics gifted students logical reasoning ability test,analysis of test results,to evaluate the level of mathematics gifted students logical reasoning ability,and puts forward some suggestions and opinions of the corresponding.In this paper,the SOLO classification theory is used to evaluate the logical reasoning ability of the subjects.The ability of the test is divided into four levels:U,M,R,E.In the evaluation,the author divided the subjects to answer the questions of the level.The author hope to determine the subjects at the level of the results which can only represent the participation of these subjects’ ability level.The paper also need further test of the corresponding improvement to get more accurate conclusions.Through investigation and analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:1、Junior high school mathematics gifted students don’t learn logic reasoning ability systematically.Their overall level of logical reasoning is in the R level and M level.There are very few students at the highest level of E.The results of this study indicate that they have a reasonable inference ability of mature.They can know conditions through observation,experiment,induction,analogy and other methods to summarize the relevant conclusions.But in time they show some difference when they prove the conclusion.2、In the subjective questions of the questionnaire,the author has a new understanding of the emotional attitudes and values of the subjects.The problems encountered by the testers are mainly focused on three aspects:the choice of strategies,the writing of the proof and the complex operation process.3、The teacher who were interviewed talked about the general characteristics of the gifted students are quick response ability.According to the result,teachers need to stimulate their students’ interest in learning,improve learning content difficulty,reasonable design examples and exercises. |
