In the fall of 2016,the new "ethics and rule of law" textbook is beginning to enter junior middle school teaching practice.The organization of the content of moral character teaching material in middle school conforms to the needs of social development and meets the development process of youth ideology and morality.Exam-oriented education makes moral character in the teaching process should not strengthen emotional experience and life practice,which resulted in the disconnect the students on the cognition and behavior.The phenomenon of this kind of knowledge is worth reflecting on and studying the ideological and moral teaching in middle school.There are many ways to improve the teaching effect of moral character curriculum,either by improving teaching method or by perfecting teaching content.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the new "morality and the rule of law" the teaching material content,from the perspective of people's ideology and moral character formation development to help teachers better understand the teaching material content,thus in the process of teaching the use of proper efficient teaching methods,to improve the teaching effect of junior middle school thought moral character class.This paper expounds the development of ideology and moral character formation process and people's ideology and moral character formation law of development,points out that the high school stage ofdevelopment in ideology and moral character formation and characteristics.Second,chose the junior middle school teaching material of "morality and the rule of law" as the research object of the paper,based on people's ideology and moral character formation in the process of cognition,emotion,faith,and do specific analysis of the teaching material on the five elements.Finally,combining with the first 35 in nanning the author's own teaching practice,put forward "morality and the rule of law" in junior high school three teaching principles should be followed in the teaching material content,as well as to improve the teaching effect of "morality and the rule of law" several Suggestions: a guided,must strengthen the theory knowledge,improve students' ideological and moral cognition;Second,we need to develop situational education to enhance the students' ideological and moral sentiments.Third,we should use role models to demonstrate and improve students' ideological and moral beliefs.Fourth,it is necessary to organize extracurricular activities to improve the students' ideological and moral will,and five is to strengthen students' practice and practice,and improve the behavior of students' ideological and moral behavior.
