According to a notice issued by the general office of the ministry of education,the textbook "ideological and moral character" was renamed "morality and the rule of law" at the beginning of2016.The reform of teaching materials for ideological and moral education in junior middle schools has met the needs of the development of the cause of education in the new era and is a response to the education concept of the party of the new era and the strategy of ruling the country by law.In contrast to the old teaching materials,the new teaching materials of the middle-school morality and the rule of law have changed greatly in various aspects,and the schools and teachers shall be familiar with and master the content of new teaching materials as soon as possible,so as to better serve the teaching of the classroom.Based on the reference of existing research results,the author used the literature analysis,investigation,comparative analysis and other methods,from different angles of version of junior high school "morality and the rule of law" and "ideology and moral character" comparison of old and new teaching materials.First of all,this paper analyzes the reasons for the reform of teaching materials of ideological morality in junior middle school.There are four main reasons for the reform of teaching materials.Second,the need to promote basic education reform;Third,the need to strengthen young people's awareness of the rule of law;Fourth,there are problems with the old textbooks themselves.Secondly,this paper makes a comparative analysis on the new and old textbooks of ideological moral education in junior middle school.Can be found by means of comparison and analysis,the old and new teaching material's different performance in many aspects: on the textbook compilation basis,era characteristics change from "light" to "strong",the theory basis for change from "rough" to "fine";In the idea of compiling textbooks,it has changed from "emphasizing subject knowledge" to "emphasizing students' learning" and from "teaching materials" to "using textbooks".In the content of the textbook,from "theoretical" knowledge to "life-oriented" knowledge,from "unitary" knowledge to "diversified" knowledge;In terms of the characteristics of teaching materials,the emphasis has changed from "scientific" to "practical" and from "integrity" to "basic".In the way of teaching material presentation,the design of teaching material changes from "dull" to "vivid",and the color of teaching material changes from "monotonous" to "rich".In terms of language style,from "complex" to "superficial",from "heavy conclusion" to "heavy inspiration",textbook illustrations from "old" to "novel".Finally,the paper summarizes the enlightenment of education teaching from the reform of teaching materials of ideological morality in junior middle school.Schools and teachers should clearly define the three-dimensional goal of the rule of law teaching,make upthe shortcoming of education rule of law,vigorously strengthen the rule of law education for students,and improve the rule of law literacy of teachers through various ways.Teachers should change the concept of teaching materials and set up a new concept of teaching materials.We should carry out the teaching principle of "three close links",optimize the teaching design,highlight the characteristics of The Times of new textbooks,combine the theoretical knowledge of textbooks with social practice,and pay attention to the needs of students.It is necessary to highlight the main body of students,change the classroom teaching mode,and build a teaching mode that emphasizes both open interaction and independent cooperative inquiry.Finally,new education concept should be adopted to evaluate students in a comprehensive and scientific way.
