Research On Scientific Research Ability And Its Influencing Factors Of Academic Postgraduates

Scientific research ability is not only the core quality of graduate students,but also the essence of graduate education,which has received great attention.Graduate students assume the scientific research functions of universities,and academic master students are more important scientific research forces,which have an impact on the development of national scientific research.So,this study has profound implications.The purpose of this study is to explore the status quo and influencing factors of scientific research ability.Based on literature research,the study is conducted by issuing questionnaires and interviewing with the combination of multiple intelligence theory and social cognition theory.Research conclusions: First,the level of scientific research ability is not high,scientific research practice ability is the weakest,innovation and exploration ability is also weak.Second,they don't have enough sense of innovation and need to further improve my practical ability.Third,there are differences in scientific research ability in grade,specialty,cross-specialty and student quality.Fourthly,individual factors,mentor factors,organizational factors have different degrees of influence on scientific research ability.Fifthly,graduate students themselves are the core factors,especially their interest and confidence in scientific research.In order to further improve the scientific research ability: first,strengthening the innovation consciousness and innovation ability training;actively hands-on operation,focusing on accumulation of practical knowledge;cultivating interest and taking the initiative to learn;staying confident and keep exploring.Second,the mentor should to improve quality,enhancing the sense of responsibility;ensuring adequate guidance and improving the quality of guidance.Third,universities should have an atmosphere of scientific research;providing research resources and platforms for them.
