Oral English homework is an important part to consolidate students' English knowledge and develop their oral expression's ability,but in practice,there are some problems in its design and implementation,including:1.The design and implementation is random;2.The content source is single,the main content is from the textbook;3.The form is single too,mainly is reading,reciting or memorizing;4.teachers' evaluation and feedback is not timely.These problems make students'interested in oral English homework is not strong,and the real role of the oral English homework has not been fully played.In 2013,the board of education in Shanghai issued the requirement to grade one and grade two in the primary school based on the course standard of teaching and evaluation,regulating that schools and teachers have to strictly control the amount of homework and cannot be arranged the written homework in the one and two grade.The problems in practice and the policy requirement determined that schools and teachers should pay more attention to the design of students' oral English homework.Moreover,in recent years,with the progress of science and technology,the concept of "Internet +" is very popular,teachers and scholars have begun to explore the approach to "Internet + education",tried to use information technology in all aspects of education and teaching,to use the combination of the information technology and homework design,implementation,evaluation as breaking point to solve the problems in the oral English homework.So in the this paper,I want to research the following questions,including:Can this "Internet" homework solve the problems of traditional oral English homework;Can it reduce the burden on students in the real;Does the students have a greater interest in this new form of homework.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part includes an overview of the research origin,the definition of the core concepts,the review of previous studies,the purpose of research,the content of research,the significance of research and the plan of research.The second part starts from the theory of psychology and linguistics,and elaborates the theoretical basis of the research.In the third part,I treat a school's implementation of the new English oral homework as the research content,to find out the process of this school design the oral English homework,and to show its English oral homework content,form and implement situation.In the fourth part,according to the results of students' questionnaire,the parents'questionnaire and teachers' interview,I evaluate the implementation effectiveness from three aspects:the completion of the oral English homework,the interest of the students and the effect of the homework on the students' oral expression ability.In the fifth part,I summarize the research results,try to provide suggestions for the design of oral English homework in the lower grades of the primary school,reflect on the lack of the research and think about the future research direction.
