The Exploration And Application Of Team Work Intervention In Improving Migrant Workers Trailing Children’s Resilience

With the deepening of China’s reforming and opening up and accelerating ofurbanization, more and more rural workers and people are poured into the city fromremote areas，A significant proportion of children came to the city following theirparents, formed a new group, the migrant workers children trailing. Though theireyes open, due to the changes in the environment and factors such as lack of parents’love, they inevitably can form self-abased, timidity psychology. This requires thatwe must enhance the resilience of migrant children, helping them get through lifeand difficulties. This article is based on the author as an intern for the bright newdistrict of Shenzhen B community in the growth of the group as an example, to thecommunity, the resilience of migrant children trailing and tried to through in theform of group activities to enhance the resilience study and explore. In the process ofresearch, the author under the guidance of relevant theory and practice of socialwork, according to the basic mode of team work to begin the practical work. Thisresearch mainly includes the following several parts: first, the author in the processof study according to the specific condition of the Shenzhen B community, realizingthat carry out growth group of migrant workers the importance of the trailingchildren; Secondly, the author in this study in detail elaborated the team to carry outthe process of time, place, and the evaluation of the results. Through the analysis ofeach link, the author attempts to display the team work to enhance the migrantworkers children trailing the effectiveness of resilience. At last, in the last part of thethesis, the writer expounds the lack of research on the service process, and aimed atthese shortcomings of relevant policy Suggestions are putting forward.
