The school-based training of teachers in vocational colleges conforms to the requirements of improving the quality of teachers in the current vocational education reform.The construction of high-quality teachers is the key to speed up the construction of modern vocational education system.School-based training is an effective way to improve the quality of teachers and promote the professional development of teachers.Higher vocational colleges based on the development of the school to implement school-based training to improve teacher education and teaching ability,carry out the concept of lifelong education,enhance the competitiveness of the school has an important role.On the basis of the practice investigation of the school,this paper summarizes the current situation of the school-based training of teachers in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward effective strategies on the basis of the theory of teacher professional development and the theory of learning organization.The study is divided into four parts:The first part,the introduction.This paper introduces the research background,purpose,meaning and research ideas and methods,and puts forward the domestic and foreign research of school-based training and defines the concept of related connotation.The second part is the basic theory of school-based training for teachers in vocational colleges.Based on the theory of learning organization and the theory of teacher professional development,the author mainly explores the school-based training mode to promote the professional development of teachers in higher vocational colleges through the study of organizational theory.The third part is the analysis of the current situation of School-based training for teachers in higher vocational colleges.This part investigates the actual implementation of school-based training in Liaoning province traffic college throughquestionnaire and interview,and analyzes the information collected through the investigation and summarizes the main problems of school-based training of teachers in vocational colleges,And the reasons for its analysis.In the fourth part,according to the general problems existing in the training of teachers in vocational colleges,the countermeasures are put forward.This paper constructs the effective implementation strategy of the school-based training of teachers in vocational colleges through the combination of learning organization and the combination of school-based training of higher vocational teachers,selecting the content and methods of school-based training,strengthening the participation of teachers and perfecting and effective management mechanism.
