For middle school students,they are in the important stage of life development,physical and mental aspects need to be healthy and reasonable guidance,teachers as the leader of school education,its development has a profound impact.The impact of school development on secondary schools can be said to be relatively large and deep.The rapid development of the community requires language teachers to change their traditional role,no longer just the communicator of knowledge,but should be the leader of knowledge,organizers.The role of teachers is to guide students to a comprehensive and healthy development.Therefore,both from the perspective of the development of students' physical and mental,or their own growth point of view,language teachers to enhance their professional accomplishment are of great significance.Teachers of different disciplines because of the knowledge system and the teaching of different teaching ideas,thedevelopment of their professional accomplishment is different.However,the development of professional accomplishment of Chinese teachers is more non-classified and generalized,and it is not aimed at the characteristics of Chinese subjects.It can not guide teachers to carry out in-depth exploration and can not form the correct development concept.There is also a blind nature of its own development.Leading to the development of professional quality of language teachers is not satisfactory.Based on the investigation and analysis of the development of professional accomplishment of middle school language teachers and the new requirements of teachers' professional accomplishment in the new media era,this paper explores the problems existing in the professional knowledge,concept development and professional skills of junior middle school teachers,and analyzes these problems The reasons for the existence of the problem,in order to promote the development and improvement of the professional accomplishment of Chinese teachers in the new media era,and provide some practical and feasible suggestions and countermeasures.This paper is divided into five parts.The second part of the new media era,the connotation and structure of teachers 'professional accomplishment are expounded,and the theoretical basis of the development of teachers' professional accomplishment is discussed.The third part is the theoretical basis of the development of teachers' professional accomplishment.The third part introduces the connotation and structure of teachers' professional accomplishment,This paper analyzes the status quo of the development of professional development of Chinese teachers in the middle school,Xiangyang eight,Macheng and Huanggang,and analyzes the current situation of the development of professional accomplishment and analyzes the reasons of the problems in the investigation.The fourth part is based on This paper attempts to put forward a reasonable solution strategy in the context of the development of the professional quality of middle school teachers in the background of the new media era.The fifth part is the conclusion,and the thesis is expounded in this paper.
