Professional reading for teachers is an important part of teacher's professional development,an engine to promote national reading,and a powerful way to practice the concept of lifelong learning.It is of indispensable importance to teacher's development.Therefore,it is a long way to improve the professional reading ability of Chinese teachers in rural junior high schools.With the continuous development of information and network technology,people have entered the new media era,the development of “Internet+”,especially the 5G,artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies is rapidly developing and integrating into all aspects of public life.The constant innovation of mobile terminals such as tablets,laptops and mobile phones and the broadband development of the internet have led to a proliferation of various forms of online activities.And with the constant search for new reading itself,there are more possibilities for what to read,how to read and where to read.In the context of the new media era,this paper takes Chinese teachers of rural junior high schools as the research object.By combing relevant literature of teachers' professional reading,this study provides a rich theoretical basis for in-depth research on the frontline of teaching.A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the current situation of the professional reading power of Chinese teachers in rural junior high schools and the use of media for professional reading,and interviews were conducted on the basis of supplementary questionnaires to gain a deeper understanding and explore the problems of professional teacher reading in rural junior high schools.The survey found the following seven problems: Firstly,teachers have not yet formed a professional reading habit and their reading consciousness is still shallow;Secondly,the professional reading content of teachers lacks depth,and is dominated by teaching aids and reference materials.Thirdly,the professional reading experience of teachers is unsatisfactory,and the reading effect of the media is poor.Fourthly,there are fewer reading activities for teachers in rural junior high schools and these schools pay less attention to them.Fifthly,the reading resources of rural junior high schools are relatively outdated and narrow;Sixthly,the recognition of reading value is low and their reading expertise is not strong;Seventhly,rural teachers lack professional reading ability.Especially the media ability is weak.Combine with the constructivism theory,the tower of experience theory,the lifelong learning theory and the multiple intelligences theory to explore the hidden reasons behind these problems.Eventually from following the multidimensional linkage of rural junior high school Chinese teacher professional reading principles,audio-visual Shared rural junior high school Chinese teacher professional reading habits,optimization of rich variety of rural junior high school Chinese teacher professional reading experience and the use of integrating media multiple way of rural junior high school Chinese teacher'professional reading these four aspects,discuss to promote the development of rural middle school Chinese teachers' professional read force increase.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the promotion strategy of Chinese teacher'professional reading ability in rural junior high schools in to the era of new media,a strong support system is composed of knowledge support,time and space support and technology support which is specially constructed by the author.Among them,the knowledge support of the support system consists of the reading ability,understanding ability,expression ability and media ability application of language teachers in rural junior high schools.The space-time system consists of time guarantee,space support,mutual assistance community and reading environment.Technical support consists of power support,technical guidance,resource sharing and equipment support.These supporting sub-systems constitute a comprehensive and complete system,which provides a strong guarantee for improving the professional reading ability of Chinese language teachers in rural junior high schools.
