Investigation And Research On The Present Situation Of Junior Middle School Teachers' Professional Ethical Accomplishment

Under the background of the new era,the state has put forward new requirements for the construction of the teaching team.The state has issued a series of policy documents to provide a direction for the professional development of teachers.The strengthening of the construction of teacher ethics and style in the current national policy fully shows that our country attaches great importance to the professional ethics of teachers.At the same time,the occurrence of anomie of educational ethics also reflects the existence of problems in teachers' professional ethics,indicating that teachers' professional ethics,as an important part of teachers' professional qualities,is an important part that cannot be ignored,and is a further deepening of teachers' professional development.The junior high school stage is the transition period from immature to maturity.The professional ethics of junior high school teachers has an important influence on the formation of students' correct values and good morals,as well as their comprehensive and healthy development.Therefore,the construction of professional ethics of junior high school teachers is even more important.This article uses questionnaire survey method and interview method to select 210 teachers from public junior high schools in Hebei Province as the survey subjects to investigate and study the status of their professional ethics.The results of the study found that: the overall situation of junior high school teachers' professional ethics is relatively high;but different demographic variables show different levels of professional ethics.This article puts forward practical and feasible improvement strategies and suggestions from four levels of teachers,schools,teacher education,and education administration departments.
