Exploration Of "Volunteer + Social Worker" Linkage Mode

This paper attempts to explore the following questions:in Weifang City at Y and L volunteer organizations of social institutions,Social workers and volunteers linkage mode of operation,characteristics,effects and problems;reasons of duplex linkage pattern of the two institutions and other social organizations to the possibility of the existence of extension in Weifang.This study adopted the length of the interview.The research method is a qualitative research method.First on the previous literatures,and then determine the interview questions and the interview object.The key factor is the interview object focused interview to obtain research data.Finally draw the conclusion through the analysis of the interview data.The main object of this study is the office staff,staff and volunteers to participate in the project.Through the study found that the agency's Social workers and volunteers linkage mode has in other parts of the country Social workers and volunteers linkage mode of the common,has its own characteristics:to promote social volunteer service transformation for the purpose;to enhance the ability of volunteers for the purpose;to maintain the relationship between the two sides will prevail.Has a positive impact on the linkage:conducive to social service organization transformation,promote institutional development;to help solve the problem of shortage of related institutions;and to the development of volunteer organization;promote the development of social work.There are also limitations in duplex operation,which is mainly manifested in the lack of the ability of social workers,the completion degree of social service projects is not high,and so on.These problems are mainly caused by the unbalanced development of Weifang volunteers and social workers,and the development of the institutions themselves.
