Research On The Linkage Mode Of Social Workers And Volunteers

As the domestic society ever evolving,the living environment has also changed constantly.From the original single-family to the current community,we have found that life communication between people has become more convenient and convenient.However,the new complex relationships and various problems that accompany the society also require us to find more effective ways of governance.The linkage mode of social worker and volunteer is a better governance method that China has found in the process of continuous practice and exploration.Compared with the West,China’s Social Work started relatively late and it does not have a well established ideology,so China’s social work is mostly based on applying the experience from some developed countries.Compared with the domestic social work,the rise of China’s volunteer service industry is earlier.China’s social,work organizations and volunteer organizations are all non-profitable,which are built to compensate for the moment when the government and market are not functioning.In recent years,social workers and volunteers has grown rapidly with the support from the government.In the process of collaboration,social workers use professional values and professional methods to provide services,while volunteers are based on morality.Volunteers help social workers better understand the community and link resources to achieve community governance goals.However,as community residents’ demand for more professional and diverse community service grows,the linkage model between social workers and volunteers in reality has exposed many problems.To come up with realistic and feasible suggestions for these problems will help us improve the social-social linkage model as well as to establish a professional social work team and volunteer team.In the process of investigation and research on the L-institution,the author finds that there are many practical problems in the linkage service model.These problems include both subjective factors and objective factors.The existence of these problems seriously affects the effect of social-social linkage management.It is not conducive to our integration of social resources.The author believes that the analysis and suggestions based on the investigation and research of the L-institution will help to improve the existing Linkage Mode of Social Workers and Volunteers.This paper explores the existing linkage service model through literature methods,network collection methods,and participation observation methods.This article is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction.Firstly,it introduces the research background,research purpose and practical significance of the social worker and volunteer cooperation management model.Through the collection of relevant information on the linkage service model,it provides a reference for exploring the existing Linkage Mode of Social Worker and Volunteer.It is followed by an explanation of the basic concepts,mainly introducing the roles,obligations and responsibilities of social worker and volunteer in the linkage service model.The second part is to introduce the basic situation of the L-institutions and the operation mode of the linkage service model.The third part is written according to the author’s investigation and research on the S city L institutions,mainly through case analysis to illustrate the advantages and disadvantages of the linkage service model.The fourth part is based on the recommendations and measures proposed in the third part,mainly including volunteer recruitment,volunteer training,volunteer incentives,social-social linkage system and social-social linkage platform.The last part is a summary of the existing Linkage Mode of Social Worker and Volunteer.
