Research On The Experience Of Social Work Intervention In The Cultivation Of Community Volunteers From The Perspective Of Social Interaction

Community is an important space for social management.The development of community construction and innovation of community governance need the participation of different subjects in the community.The progress of spiritual civilization has promoted the consciousness of the people of all walks of life to develop voluntary service and carry out voluntary action.Community Governance adds different Interactive subjects,which reflects the opening and tolerance of the society,which is not only conducive to the social stability and development,but also highlights the improvement of the comprehensive quality of the people in our country.Social work volunteer linkage is an important method and is also the only way to build a "volunteer city" in Shenzhen at present.However,voluntary service has a strong practical nature.To guide community residents in volunteer service,we should make full use of the professional methods and skills of social workers to develop volunteer teams.And promote further cooperation between social workers and volunteer workers.Shenzhen has formed a "social worker led volunteer service,volunteers to assist social work service" linkage mechanism,which is in line with the trend of the development of the times.Therefore,it is of positive significance to study how social workers cultivate community volunteers from the perspective of social interaction.Taking Shenzhen community P community as an example,this paper analyzes how to use professional methods to train community volunteers in social work from the perspective of social interaction.The article is divided into five parts:the first part summarizes the background of the current innovation of social governance,combined with the development of voluntary service policy environment,try to explain the theoretical significance of this study,and explore the practical significance of cultivating volunteers.Then,combed the domestic and foreign related literature and made a brief review to understand the current research situation.Finally,we define the relevant concepts in this paper.Based on field research,we draw three different theoretical foundations,and then clarify the research ideas and research methods.The second part introduces the general situation of P community in Shenzhen.Based on the questionnaire and interview data,it analyzes the interaction subjects in detail,and explains the current interaction between social workers and community volunteers.The third part expounds the path and effect of social work intervention in community volunteers.The three paths are based on reference group theory to excavate typical cases,symbolic interaction theory to carry out cultural activities,and social exchange theory to run community projects.The fourth part,from social workers recruitment of volunteers,training volunteers,volunteer management construction process,found problems during social workers training volunteers.The fifth part summarizes experience from three cultivation path volunteer and puts forward suggestions for existing problems:innovating recruitment forms,clarifying service content;carrying out needs assessment,promoting diversification of training;building interactive platform to improve the communication between social workers and volunteers;improving the service system of the linkage between social workers and volunteers to help social workers better intervene in community volunteer training.It helps social workers better intervene in community volunteer training,promote collaboration between social workers and volunteers,promote community governance,and build harmonious community.
