Research On Problems And Countermeasures In The Interaction Between Social Workers And Volunteers

In order to better integrate the human resources inside and outside the institution and improve their service ability and level,social work institutions use the way of social workers and volunteers working together to carry out services.In order to improve and develop this service mode of social work institutions,this study takes D social work station as an example to find out the main problems and reasons,and put forward corresponding countermeasures.This study first explains the mechanism of the linkage between social workers and volunteers,and then takes an activity of the day care project for the aged as a case.Through observation,interview and other methods,we can fully understand the process of the interaction between social workers and volunteers in this activity,and summarize the three effects of the interaction between the two sides.At the same time,it is found that there are three main problems in the process of interaction: One side of the volunteers has consideration of their own interests,the lack of cooperation between social workers and volunteers before and after the interaction,and volunteers passively accept the task arrangement of social workers.Combined with the theory of communication action,this study analyzes the corresponding reasons for the above problems: Different understanding of linkage between the two sides,the poor communication between social workers and volunteers before and after the linkage,and the low autonomy of volunteers in the linkage.According to these problems and causes,four countermeasures are proposed to improve the interaction between the two sides:Both sides should have a unified understanding of the linkage;Social workers and volunteers should strengthen communication before and after the linkage;Establish an online platform for communication between the two parties;and create an equal relationship between the two parties in the interaction.After the above research process,this study believes that the service mode of social workers and volunteers linkage in D social work station has achieved remarkable results,but three outstanding problems need to be solved.These problems exist with the social workers and volunteers.The solution of the problems mainly depends on the linkage organization-D social work station and its social workers to take corresponding actions,to improve their own shortcomings in the linkage,to reasonably guide the volunteers to participate in the linkage,and at the same time to do a good job in the integration of the two forces.In this way,it can make D Social work institution use this service mode more effectively in the future,which has certain reference significance for other social work institutions.
