A Study On Social Work Organizations Of Multiple Cooperation Construction

At the present stage,most of social work organizations rely on funds of government's purchase of services.In the light of Social Work Development Report in Guangdong(2014),the funds of government's purchase of services was up to CNY1.11 billion.Thereinto,the financial budget is CNY 875 million,accounting for78.8% of total revenue,whereas the social welfare funds from welfare lottery was CNY 223.6 million,which accounts for only 20.1%.The funds from other sources are only CNY 12.21 million.In this way,social organizations' independence and autonomy are bound to be challenged by depending only on government's financial support.Therefore,to construct multiple cooperation networks should be seen as a crucial strategy to respond to the challenge.Through case study,this paper selected a typical organization QG as its object.Experience and strategies of QG multiple cooperation are concluded by collecting related empirical information of multiple cooperation practice in QG,and by analyzing its cooperation ideas,practical demands,cooperators,cooperation types,partnership and other various dimensions.Participant observation and in-depth interview are the main methods applied in this paper.Through research,this paper found that the multiple cooperation practice of QG is based on its own development concept and the practical demands.And,the process of multiple cooperation is to conduct practice cooperation with different objects inside and outside the communities.In addition,QG sets up multiple cooperation types with different organizations.What's more,QG constructs dynamic multiple partnership with various organizations.Apart from those above,QG forms unique and effective construction strategy of multiple cooperation networks in practice,which includesthat multiple cooperation needs to base on its own strength,to have effective communication,to interact with each other and fit together,to manage level to level.
