Since the end of twentieth Century,the rapid development of information technology represented by computer and network communication technology has made human society into the information society rapidly,and has had a huge impact on the various fields of human society.In recent years,China's education informatization construction has made great achievements.The application of information technology in education has caused profound changes in education and teaching,emerging in the modern information technology in education and teaching in a wide range of features of the new education forms(such as micro,MOOC,flip classroom,electronic books,cloud education,wisdom education,etc.).The final application of these forms of education is in the school.In contrast,primary and secondary school teachers' ability to use information technology and school informatization management application level are not high.The principal's informatization leadership construction lags behind,which can not conform to the rapid development of education informatization,thus,to some extent,restricting the further improvement of education informatization and hindering the process of education informatization.Based on this,the paper proceed from our times,the principal' informatization leadership is defined,the composition of the leadership of the principal informatization is discussed,the scale and questionnaire of measuring the principal's informatization leadership are designed.Besides,an investigation is conducted among the Qin'an county primary and secondery school principals to understand the present situation of the primary and secondary school principals informatization leadership in our county and the effective promotion of informatization technology leadership strategy is put forward.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which describes the background of the research,putting forward the question,the purpose and significance of the research,and summarizes the current situation of the domestic and foreign research on the principal informatization leadership.The second chapter introduces the basic concepts and theories,such as leaders,leadership,principles' informatization leadership,and the leadership of the principal.The third chapter is about the design and implementation of the research,introduces the basic content and method of the research,the design of the questionnaire,thinking and process of investigation and research.The fourth chapter is about the results of investigation and research.According to the data from the questionnaire survey,the survey results are presented from three aspects,that is,the present situation of the school informatization,the principal's personal information accomplishment and the principal's informatization professional responsibilities.The fifth chapter is mainly about analyzing problems.The basic situation of Qinan county's primary and middle school principals' informatization leadership is analysed from three aspects,that is,the present situation of school informatization,principles' information accomplishment and the professional responsibilities of informatization,based on the data of research.The sixth chapter is about the initial discussion of principal informatization leadership promotion.From the three aspects of the internal and external factors,the principal individual leadership to the school team leadership,the strategies and suggestions of principal informatization leadership promotion are explained.
