Result Oriented Social Work Service Project Evaluation

In recent years,with the rapid development of Social Work in China,the government's increasing expenditure on the purchase of Social Work services has gradually aroused people's attention to the evaluation of social work projects.Due to the short time on the development of social work in the mainland of China,the project evaluation system is not standardized,especially the lack of a perfect service project evaluation process and system.In this paper,the plight of minors as an example,the service of the project oriented evaluation.The project evaluation is carried out from four aspects,which are input evaluation,output evaluation,effect and impact assessment,and effectiveness evaluation.Input assessment is mainly to understand the material conditions and human resources;Output assessment is to assess the completion of the project service volume indicators;The impact and impact assessment is an assessment of the impact of the project on the achievements and outcomes of the community,the service targets,the community residents,and the social media;Effectiveness evaluation is the evaluation of the service object,service family,community neighborhood committee and social worker.After the evaluation,it can be found that the advantages of the project are as follows: to find the entry point of the work accurately;to use the social work practice method reasonably;to integrate all the resources effectively.In addition,the problems in project implementation and human resources management are the mainly shortages.In order to solve this problem,the author puts forward the improved method: strengthen the adjustment of service plan,reasonable of project supervision,the formation of social learning internal communication mechanism,focus on improving the ability of public relations,a reasonable allocation of staff.In order to promote the establishment and improvement of the evaluation system of local social work,the author puts forward that we should set up the main body of evaluation,improve the content of evaluation,build the evaluation team,and establish a mature evaluation model.
