Research On Social Work Intervention In Social Support Services For Criminal Minors

Juvenile crime prevention is one of the important themes of national governance,As one of the main bodies of social professional forces,social work plays an important role in the prevention of juvenile crimes.Under the background of the new era,the society pays high attention to the juvenile crime prevention work.The newly revised Juvenile Protection Law and Juvenile Crime Prevention Law implemented in June 2021 provide guidelines for social work intervention in juvenile protection and crime prevention.However,there are differences in the current regional resources and practice progress,and there is no unified national social support service standard for minors involved in crime.To this end,strengthen the practice to explore a social work intermediary The localization path of service for minors involved in crimes helps to promote the construction of social support services for minors involved in crimes and prevent their re-crime.The purpose of this study is to explore how social work can play its own characteristics and advantages and play a role in the service of minors.Article based on national patriarchal perspective,from individual support,family support and social support three levels of service practice.Based on practice,the service process and the dilemma are sorted out and analyzed in the three dimensions of the subject,object and intermediary,at the same time put forward social work involved in crime minors social support service countermeasures and Suggestions.This study mainly adopts qualitative research method,with case study,semi-structured interview,observation,literature data collection,through the lack of social support subject independence and interaction,the function of the body,social support object definition scope is too narrow is the three main factors restricting minors social support services.Therefore,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions in view of the above difficulties,the first is to strengthen the construction of the independence and interactivity of juvenile social support subjects,the second is to establish the cognitive-action-system cycle promotion mode,enhance the social support service effect of minors involved in crimes,the third is to expand the social branch The scope of object objects to maximize the prevention of juvenile crimes.
