Since China's reform and opening-up policy,China's growing economic power,while countries to speed up the construction of urban infrastructure,more and more a large number of rural surplus labor force to cities to seek survival.Along with the increase of this group,"migrant workers",and thus a new special groups-children follow their parents to the city to go to school life.The number of this group in increased year by year,and the corresponding social problems also caught the attention of the society from all walks of life,but about the plight of urban migrant children school investigation and study is few and far between.The author for studies conducted to explore the issue that the floating children,hope to solve the problem of floating children's academic difficulties after leaving can draw lessons from the practice experience,but the formation of the floating children school trouble is not,to solve this problem is still a long way to go.In this paper,the basic follow "to ask questions,analyze and solve problems,put forward countermeasures and Suggestions",through to the marina city Q primary school floating children academic analysis of the situation of practical research,this paper sums up the main factors causing the plight of migrant children school,and from individuals,families,schools,social four aspects system in this paper,the floating children school,according to the actual situation of egotism take "case work,group work is complementary" service approach,design services,to carry out social work practice,take effective measures to involve migrant children education,at the same time the author the proper use of "respect","empathy","the judge" and other professional skills to establish a good relationship,through dialogue,and group activities to help the director to increase self-confidence,improve grades,and improve parent-child relationships,etc.
