Research On Case Work Intervening In Rural Low-income Families

Along with the social progress,the problem of subsistence allowances is becoming more and more prominent,and it is no longer just a matter of scarcity,other issues have become increasingly prominent,so the help of the disadvantaged groups is the society's necessary responsibility.Now,for the minimal assurance verification work,the Government actively buy services from the community,in this context Luohe City did it first..This paper uses the questionnaire survey method and semi-structured interview method to collect the primary data of low-income families in Luohe City,and finds out the problems through field investigation and analyzes the problems of the rural low-income inspection project of Luohe City,which is based on the bidding of Heming Social Work Service Center of Zhengzhou Jinshui District.And from the perspective of professional social workers to explore ways to solve or reduce the problem of the family of specific recommendations and countermeasures.On the basis of summarizing the research at home and abroad,this paper expounds the concept of minimum living security system,case work etc.At present,the research on the minimum living guarantee especially the rural minimum living guarantee,it is mainly confined to the theoretical research and the related practice is almost blank.Through the participation of the Luohe City low assurance project verification,using questionnaire and interviews to understand the L village of Luohe City's status quo of low-income families,through both material and spiritual summed up the main problems of L village low-income families and micro and macro-level on the causes of the problems stored in the analysis.Then,the paper analyzes the feasibility of case work intervention in the low-income family of L village from the perspective of social work areas,social work,service object demand and two major shifts and cites the classic case of investigation to analyze social workers' intervention Case study of low-income families in L village.From the perspective of case work,and then to provide countermeasures and suggestions to solve these problems.
