Research On Leisure Sports Public Service Supply Of The Disabled In Chaohu,Anhui Provice

Since the "National Fitness Program" promulgated and implemented,regardless of the number of sports facilities,or the constantly improving sports guid service,it can be seen that the development of mass sports in China is growing.The disabled sports as an important part of mass sports is not only a symbol of social civilization and progress,but also an important part in response to the national call construction sharing.Leisure sports is becoming more and more important in today's society,different types of leisure sports activities can improve the physiological function and increase interpersonal communication opportunity to cultivate the disabled in the leisure sports collective projectfor the disabled.Leisure sports give a chance to the dsabed.The leisure sports activities can make the disabled people go out,feel the society,develop the individual value,and guide them to become a real social person.The research object of this paper is the current situation of disabled people ln leisure sports public service supply in Anhui provice of Chaohu Province,Using the method of literature,questionnaire,observation,interviews and other research methods.Searching on the local disabled sports activities,sports facilities,sports organizations,sports information,physique monitoring and disabled satisfaction of the service supply.Public service disabled leisure sports in Chaohu city has its advantages,such as(1)15minutes fitness circle has formed in Chaohu city;(2)The basic realization of farmer sports fitness project of village has full coverage,the national fitness coverage of more than 92%;(3)Social sports instructor in Chaohu has1860 people in total,and 25 existing single sports association.It also has some problem:(1)the main supply is single,the leading role of the government is not prominent;(2)the content of supply is weak,the use of sports resources is unreasonable;(3)the supply mode is monotonous,and the organizational structure is not closely linkedAiming at the problem for public service disabled leisure sports in Chaohu city,combined with the current actual situation of Chaohu City,in response to the national call,good vision to build a healthy Chinese,leading the disabled go to the sports circle,improve the disabled sports participation and satisfaction,and puts forward the following suggestions:(1)increase the financial investment,broaden the financing channels;(2)mining of existing resources,the construction of healthy and disabled common environment;(3)to strengthen the guidance and training,cultivating sports organization;(4)to encourage participation in sports,create a sports fitness atmosphere;(5)to listen to the voice of the masses,smooth channels of participation.
