A Study On The Incentive Pcolicy Of Social Work Talents

Social work talent is an important force to coordinate social relations and solve social problems.However,due to the factors such as traditional occupation recognition and social evaluation mechanism,the social recognition,professional status,salary level and welfare of social workers in our country are often unsatisfactory,and there is still a big gap compared with the developed countries.Social workers and professional work to pay and work performance,which also led to not be able to attract high school graduates of social workers in social work.Shenzhen has established a system of modern social work system and talent support incentive system,social workers in community governance,social construction,social services,played an active role,out of a reform and opening up with the characteristics and characteristics of innovation and development path.In this paper,through the in-depth study on the incentive policies of social workers in Shenzhen,this paper conducts a sample survey of social workers and social workers in the city,conducts in-depth interviews with social workers' incentive policies and institutional mechanisms,focusing on social worker incentive policies In the pay treatment,protection incentives and follow-up development momentum and other issues in-depth discussion,and put forward relevant advice and suggestions.
