The moral is always an important and unfading topic in the field of education.The moral education in primary school has the function of "laying the foundation",which is of great significance to the development of human morality.It is the premise of moral education to research the current situation and characteristics of moral development of pupils.Many studies have explored this issue from the perspective of adults,but lack of understanding from the perspective of children.At the same time,there are many studies have also explored this issue by means of questionnaire,scale,interview and so on.These methods have certain presupposition,is not conducive to the divergent thinking and expansion of pupils,does not allow us to deeply understand the pupils' recognition of the "good man" and "moral".Therefore,the study use the method of “Draw-a-picture technique”,take the "view of good man" as the theme,want to explore the current situation and characteristics of moral development of pupils and provide a new idea for the reform of moral education.In this study,we take three primary schools in N city of J Province as the research object,using the method of “Draw-a-picture technique” and focus group interview to collecting data,describing the "view of good man" deeply.Through the content analysis of the "good man" theme paintings,explores the structure,characteristics,causes and educational significance of the "view of good man".Finally,based on the concept of "view of good man",which is the "localization" concept root in pupils,combined with the characteristics of pupils' psychological development,explores the struggling direction of primary school's moral education.It is found that the pupils' "view of good man" includes two aspects: the external image characteristics and the intrinsic moral quality.In the dimension of the external image features,pupils pay more attention to the two aspects of smile and appearance.In the dimension of intrinsic moral quality,pupils are mainly follow this point from three dimensions:man and self,man and nature,man and society.Pupils think that good man need to have 23 moral qualities,in the eyes of different gender of pupils,different ages of pupils,the importance of these moral qualities are different.At the same time,the pupils' "view of good man" also showed somecharacteristics such as preference for the same sex,preference for their peers,preference for a particular occupation,context,plasticity and so on,its formation is influenced by the following factors: factors from the pupil's own consist of student life experience,age development characteristics,imagination;parents' "words and deeds";teachers' moral beliefs;the peer culture and the dissemination of the contents by new media.According to the research results,we suggest that the school should listen to the voices of children in the course of moral education,respect for their moral wisdom,pay attention to their "view of good man";at the same time,the development of moral education curriculum should be based on students "view of good man",to better promote the students' moral outlook of construction or reconstruction.
