Moral cultivation is the fundamental task of school education,curriculum as an important carrier of education,is the key link to achieve this fundamental goal.School-based curriculum,as a powerful supplement to national curriculum,focuses on highlighting the characteristics of schools and paying attention to the practical needs of students,it has gradually gained the attention of many schools and has made a series of remarkable achievements.The development of school-based curriculum of moral education is committed to the organic integration of moral education and school-based curriculum,which can help improve the actual effect of school moral education.Fully excavating the moral education resources contained in the school itself and local culture,for the students' all-round development,is the new development direction of the current basic education reform of school moral education.Taking the development of moral school-based curriculum as a research subject,the primary schools in ethnic regions is the research object,and focusing on the methods of caring moral education advocated by Nell Noddings.Trying to fill the relationship,emotion and experience in the development of moral education school-based curriculum,and by using the example,dialogue,practice and recognized care education methods.At the same time,the development of the excellent moral education resources cultivated in the minority culture.It not only conducive to enriching the content of school moral education,but also contributing to the creative transformation and innovative development of minority culture.At the same time,the development of the excellent moral education resources cultivated in the minority culture.It not only conducive to enriching the content of school moral education,but also contributing to the creative transformation and innovative development of minority culture.Based on this,combined with the actual situation of the development of moral education school-based curriculum for primary school in ethnic regions,There are some new ideas about five aspects of curriculum development goals,subjects,content,evaluation and methods for the moral education of minority areas.First of all,based on the goal of the three-dimensional curriculum,the relationship,emotion and experience are integrated into the development goal of the moral education school-based curriculum,so that care and love can be penetrated.Secondly,diversify the development subject,break through the traditional single subject of curriculum development,and take students,national culture teachers as the main body of it,and make it more comprehensive and professional.Thirdly,it should be made to promote the organic integration of ethnic cultural characteristics and Chinese excellent traditional culture,and to build a moral education system with ethnic characteristics,strive to create a care-moral education curriculum,which will take care of ourselves,others,society and nature as the main content of the development of moral education school-based curriculum.Then,the evaluation is committed to the goal of diversification of evaluation subjects,scientific evaluation methods,and feedback of assessment results,so that it can truly reflect the development effect of moral education school-based curriculum,and propose targeted programs to avoid falling into “Formalization” of the evaluation.Finally,the methods fully draw on the model,dialogue,practice and recognized advocated by Noddings to comprehensively promote school moral education with temperature.
