Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.The state has taken a series of measures to strengthen the internal driving force of vocational education and attract more students to become high-quality technical and skilled talents,skilled craftsmen,and craftsmen in the new era through vocational education..The "Opinions on Promoting the High-Quality Development of Modern Vocational Education" issued by the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China in2021 pointed out that "Vocational education is an important part of the national education system and human resource development.Important Responsibilities for Employment and Entrepreneurship ”.Therefore,teachers should be the focus of inspection,especially the class teacher.As early as 2010,the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the Ministry of Education issued the " Opinions on Strengthening the Work of Head Teachers in Secondary Vocational Schools ",which clearly pointed out that " the post of the head teacher of the secondary vocational school is an important professional position,and the head teacher of the secondary vocational school is the management work of the secondary vocational school students.The main implementer of ideological and moral education,the backbone of ideological and moral education and the leader of healthy growth”In the current environment,the new situation of vocational education development requires secondary vocational class teachers to do a good job in professional development,and the new characteristics of secondary vocational students also put forward higher requirements for their professional development.However,at present,firstly,the problems of weak secondary vocational teachers compared with ordinary high schools are obviously prominent,and students cannot be guided by good teachers;secondly,the management methods of some senior class teachers are relatively outdated and experience-led are the main problems;thirdly It is because some young head teachers lack educational practice experience and cannot grasp the role of head teachers;fourth,the professional development ecology of head teachers is not healthy and motivated,and the professional development channels of head teachers in some secondary vocational schools are not smooth and the competition is fierce,which is not conducive to the long-term development of head teachers.This dissertation takes the key theories of educational ecology as the core,guided by teachers’ career cycle theory,self-actualization theory and self-reflection theory,and comprehensively uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to study the professional development of current secondary vocational class teachers.This paper discusses the problems caused by the ecological imbalance of the professional development of secondary vocational class teachers in my country,puts forward suggestions for the professional development of secondary vocational class teachers,and promotes the professional development of secondary vocational class teachers.According to the comprehensive analysis,this study proposes optimization suggestions for the professional development of head teachers based on the requirements of educational ecology: First,eliminate the limiting factors,enhance the sense of professional identity,strengthen the centripetal force of learning,focus on training,competition and research,and make a good career plan,casting the heart to nurture the heart personal ecology.The second is to adjust psychological tolerance,obtain family support,resolve family emotions and obtain economic support,and shape a family ecology that is harmonious and harmonious.The third is to adjust the ecological niche,improve working conditions,coordinate interpersonal relationships,improve regulations and create a cultural atmosphere,and create a school ecology with cultural people.The fourth is to weaken the "flower pot effect",enhance public opinion,introduce relevant policies and provide a safe environment,and create a social ecology that is good for people.
