The school-based curriculum is an important part of curriculum system in China,and an important part of the research and development of school-based curriculum is the curriculum reform in our country.Primary school education is the growth of children is a very important period,the implementation of school-based curriculum of primary school children will have a direct impact on the long-term development of the future,the research of school-based curriculum management is a primary school it is worth us to discuss the issue.Each school in the school-based curriculum development and management process,due to many factors,the development of school-based curriculum management are not standardized,the development and management of personnel quality is low,many problems of rules and regulations is not perfect.Therefore,the development of school-based curriculum for primary school management research is of great significance.This research mainly adopts the literature research method,survey method,education statistics method,observation method and interview method.Through the questionnaire survey of Yanji city Y primary school teachers and leaders,the status of the development of school-based curriculum management of primary school in Yanji city about Y,and using spss22.0 and statistical analysis of survey results,comprehensive draws the following conclusions:first,overall the development of school-based curriculum management level in Yanji city Y primary school,institution of school-based curriculum development,school-based curriculum development rules and regulations,the development of school-based curriculum training,school-based curriculum development process management,the quality and the development of school-based curriculum resources of school-based curriculum development personnel are in the general level,there is a lot to be improved Part of the second,because the Y primary school school-based curriculum development system of Yanji city is not perfect,the development of school-based curriculum management of Yanji Y Primary School of the lack of nonn,the school-based curriculum is not in strict accordance with the implementation of the plan in the process of development,primary school teachers feel more pressure to devote to the development of school-based curriculum in third.The Y of Yanji city primary school teachers did not systematically participate in school-based curriculum development training,the teachers lack of knowledge of the development of school-based curriculum,school-based curriculum development ability can not meet the requirements.In fourth,due to lack of understanding of Yanji city primary school teachers on the Y part of the development of school-based curriculum,school-based curriculum development and not to As their own work,that school-based curriculum development has brought tremendous pressure,and did not realize that the development of school-based curriculum is conducive to individualized personality of students.In fifth,the Yanji city primary school Y the lack of scientific evaluation system for the development of school-based curriculum,school-based curriculum development and the teaching achievements of teachers is difficult to effectively the evaluation,greatly reduced the enthusiasm of teachers'participation and the development of school-based curriculum management.This research gives suggestions:first,improve the school-based curriculum management mechanism;second,strengthen the supervision and protection of school-based curriculum development;rich knowledge of school-based curriculum of teachers,improve teachers' ability of school-based curriculum development.
