Study On The Effectiveness In Graduate School As A Full-time Counselor

College counselor not only is a teacher but also a cadre who one member of the teachers and cadres in the university of China.They are managers,educators,and servers who major in the college student affairs.That is the phenomenon not enough counselors in campus,which the cause of the development of China's higher education and the number of students has been continuously increasing as university development.The team of graduate student counselor,as a new thing,which increase strength for counselor team and have problems in practical work.Therefore,how to enhance effectiveness work of the full-time counselor in Graduate School is a major issue that we need to focus on research and exploration.This article is divided into five parts.First chapter,the author mainly expounds the background,significance and status of the research about the counselor system at home and abroad,and also gives a detailed description of the research methods of this subject.Second chapter,the author combing the historical evolution of counselor in china,divided into four stages to make a detailed understanding of counselor in china,divided into four stages to make a detailed understanding of the historical background,role orientation and workcontent of the counselors at each period,laying a theoretical foundation for the later research at each period,laying a theoretical foundation for the later research of this subject.Third chapter,the author explains the significance,characteristics and present situation of the graduate student counselor,and points out the problem of them in work time.Fourth chapter,the author analyzes the reasons for the lack of graduate student counselors in their work,mainly from there aspects: university,graduate student counselor and college students factors.Last chapter,the author according to the analysis of the reasons and problems in the process of reading postgraduate work as a counselor,from the selection,training,assessment,incentive,development and the comprehensive quality of graduate students counselor to put forward some suggestions.
