The infiltration of national spirit education into biology teaching of junior high school is not only significant to realize the great China dream of Chinese nation,but also significant to improve students' sense of national pride,sense of responsibility for the nation,scientific spirit,creative spirit,and help them form a correct ideal and faith.The study sorts out domestic and international researches and related concepts concerning national spirit education and the main content of national spirit education in junior high school by using document analysis method;grasps current national spirit conditions of junior high school students through questionnaire survey;grasps the current launching situation of national spirit education in biology teaching,teachers' attitude towards national spirit education and the implementation status of national spirit education through structured interview;digs out related materials of national spirit education in PEP edition of biology textbook for junior high school through content analysis;the principle and pathway of the national spirit education penetration in junior high school biology teaching was obtained with the case analysis.After educational practice,the study conducts questionnaire survey again to test the infiltration result of national spirit education.Then the following conclusion can be obtained:1.There are a large number of papers concerning the theoretical researches of national spirit education,but less in practice researches of infiltration of national spirit education in each subject teaching,and the practice researches of biology teaching in junior high school are also scanty.2.Before the infiltration of national spirit education,the average awareness rate of junior high school students' national spirit knowledge is72.98%,and the average regulation rate of their national spirit attitude is67.26%,and the average formation rate of their national spirit behaviors is59.99%.3.PEP edition of biology textbook contains a large number of materials concerning national spirit education,which fully displays biology's advantage in infiltrating national spirit education.4.After the infiltration of national spirit education in biology teaching of junior high school,the average awareness rate of junior high school students' national spirit knowledge is 83.55%,and the average regulation rate of their national spirit attitude is 79.57%,and the average formation rate of their national spirit behaviors is 66.67%.Conducting paired data T test on the results before and after infiltration,it can be obtained that their t values respectively are 5.314,8.130 and 6.035,and their p values are less than 0.01,and the difference is significant.This can show that the infiltration of national spirit education in biology teaching in junior high school can significantly improve students' national spirit knowledge,attitude and behaviors.It is specifically embodied by: the significant difference among the junior high school students' sense of national pride(t=2.924,p<0.05),sense of responsibility for the nation(t=5.561,p<0.01),ideal and faith(t=8.287,p<0.01)and scientific spirit(t=6.555,p<0.01),and non-significant difference in creative spirit(t=2.663,p>0.05).It can be found through the above results that the infiltration of national spirit education in biology classroom teaching,experiment teaching,and extra curriculum teaching of junior high school can effectively help students initiatively acquire national spirit knowledge,regular their national spirit attitude and form their national spirit behaviors,and improve teachers' attention to national spirit education to some extent.National spirit education is an important way to improve students' national spirit,which requires every teacher to positively participate into it,thus push the development of national spirit education.
