At present,school health education in China is mainly carried out in the form of subject penetration.Biology curriculum has become into the most important curriculum in health education because of its unique characteristics.It is very useful to investigate the current situation of health education in biology teaching in middle school.Among them,we should pay more attention to and study the health education of minority junior high school in minority areas.Therefore,this study focuses on the current situation of health education in biology teaching in Mongolian middle school.The main methods used in this research and writing this article are literature analysis,content analysis,questionnaire survey,interview,statistics and cross analysis.Through literature analysis and content analysis,data are collected and sorted out.The breakthrough points that can permeate health education in the PEP junior high school biology textbooks are listed in five aspects: physical health,mental health,good social adaptation,moral health and ecological health.Some cut-in methods are listed,and two teaching designs that permeate health education are compiled,hoping to provide reference for front-line teachers in the future.With the methods of questionnaire and interview,510 questionnaires were distributed to three Mongolian middle schools in Erdos,and 11 biology teachers were interviewed.Through interviews and questionnaires,we know the current situation of health education permeating into biology teaching in junior high schools taught in Mongolian,as well as the cognition of teachers and students on health knowledge,attitudes towards health education and health behaviors.The 473 valid questionnaires collected were analyzed by statistics and cross analysis.The junior high school students who teach in Mongolian have general mental health,good social adaptation,and no problems in moral health and ecological health.The analysis shows that under the influence of health knowledge,students have formed their initial healthy behavior habits.Students have a high awareness of ecological health protection,which may be closely related to the grazing living environment of most Mongolians and the ethnic culture education of Mongolian families,and will be further studied in future studies.From the basic information part,we can also know that the parents' educational background of junior high school students who teach in Mongolian is mostly high school or lower,so we can think that family education does little help to improve students' health knowledge.However,there are obvious differences in health knowledge and health behaviors between boys and girls.Although students have a particularly positive attitude towards health,they still lack knowledge of health and there are many problems in their health status.After comparing the data of the three grades participating in the questionnaire survey,it is found that the health knowledge level of the students in grade 3 and grade 2 is significantly higher than that of the students in grade 1.From this we can infer that biology teaching plays an effective role in the implementation of health education.Based on different levels of health knowledge,attitudes towards health and healthy behavior habits will be completely different.From the interviews with 11 Mongolian biology teachers from three schools,we know that the teachers all maintain a positive attitude towards the importance of health education and will infiltrate health education into daily biology teaching.Sixty percent of the biology teachers who participated in the interview reflected that although health education was infiltrated into daily biology teaching,the effect was not satisfactory.Teachers believe that this is closely related to the lack of systematic health education guidance for Mongolian students.On the other hand,teachers themselves have insufficient reserves of health-related knowledge and need to work harder to enrich themselves.Twenty percent of the teachers think that the existing ways and means of examining the health level need to be improved.The research found that there is no obvious difference between the present situation of health education in Mongolian middle schools located in urban areas and Mongolian middle schools located in counties,and the present situation of health education and the penetration of health education in biology teaching is good.The health knowledge,attitude and behavior habits of the students in the three schools are similar,with no obvious difference.Therefore,it can be seen that although the general efficiency of health education in Mongolian-taught junior high schools needs to be improved,there is no gap due to different locations.Of course,health education is not very easy.The scientific teaching process needs to be arranged attentively.Health education should be combined with social hotspots to meet the needs of students.And the community,school,parents should work together to develop the health of students.
