Developmental Study On Curriculum Resources Of The History Of Life Science In The Homeostasis And Internal Environment Module In The Senior High School Biology

As the reform in basic education,the educational value of the History of Life Science has been widely approved by the worldwide scholars and educators.To improve the biological literacy has been one of the basic conceptions of the high school new curriculum,and the implementation advice of the � Ordinary High school Biology Curriculum Standard � also indicated that we should pay attention to the study of the History of Life Science.Teaching material is an important part of educational reform.However,the History of Life Science and its related curriculum resources are still so scarce at the moment,which limited the teaching process of the History of Life Science,thus it is essential to do some necessary research to earnestly implement the new curriculum standard and to improve student's literacy of life science.This paper points out the necessity of the History of Life Science and summarizes the research status and the theory foundation of the History of Life Science education.It also discusses the educational value of History of Life Science to improve student's science literacy.In this paper,with the documentary research method,by introducing the life story of scientists,I analyze science history data of the hereditary and evolution module of high school biology � Homeostasis and Internal Environment � by People Educational Press,and perfect some disadvantages such as the lack of science names,the short of resources and the scattered resources and so on.To finish the work,the author adopts documentary method to collect and sort the works to the high school biology history.With the scientists in the textbook of the � Homeostasis and Internal Environment � module,this paper afford some available resources for teachers and also offer materials for the History of Life Science of the the future compiling of teaching material.
