With the continuous advancement of quality education in our country,we have thoroughly implemented the concept of people-oriented education.Schools,society and families all desire to establish a harmonious home-school relationship and teacher-student relationship so as to promote the comprehensive development of students.Home visit is a bridge between family and school,and an extension of school education,which is conducive to building a harmonious home-school relationship and teacher-student relationship,achieving the comprehensive development of students' physical and mental health.Home visits can not only cultivate students' comprehensive development abilities of morality,intelligence and physic,but also can effectively promote the implementation of school moral education,to assist students in mental health education.Therefore,as a necessary means of home-school cooperation,home visit is an indispensable part of education,being of great significance for the physical and mental development of students.However,with the popularity of electronic means of communication,the traditional home visits are gradually replaced by electronic home visits,but there are limitations of electronic home visits,in lack of emotional depth of two-way communication and “human feeling”.There are many problems in the home visit for teachers,parents and students,that teacher do home visit passively without enthusiasm and artistry,home visits become formalistic,home visits system is not perfect and so on.What's more,Wuhai,Inner Mongolia belongs to the remote areas of Inner Mongolia,the student source structure of primary school is relatively complicated,thus there are many obstacles to communication between teachers and parents,which leads to the difficulties and embarrassment of traditional “home visit”.Based on this,standing on the actual work,the reasons of the problems were analyzed and were roughly divided into the following categories: The home visit system is imperfect;The awareness of the teachers and parents is weak;The quality of the teachers and parents is uneven;Constraints from time,region and funds;Utilitarianization of school education;The influence of students' self-denial consciousness.In view of the problems and the analysis of the reasons of such problems,the following countermeasures were raised: Raise the awareness of the teachers and parents and improve the home visit system;Pay attention to art and optimize the home visit link;Innovate the forms and increase the charm of home visit;Enhance home-school cooperation to improve the quality of teachers and parents.It is hoped that these strategies can give the appropriate theoretical guidance for the teachers to carry out home visit in Wuhai City and provide constructive suggestions for the home visit work of the relevant education sector in Wuhai City.
