The basic unit of school education management is the class management,class management can highlight the characteristics of the school management organization,therefore,the study of class management is of great significance.However,in the traditional classroom management practice,the status of teachers and students is different,not only so that teachers and students in the management program,objectives and methods are also different.Due to the dominant position of teachers,school education students have the right to full decentralization to teachers,which led to some teachers fully in accordance with the ideas of their own ideas to education students and some teachers blindly pursue class performance maximization,so these teachers will through the class and grade management to increase efforts to punish the students,too much interference with the student’s own development and the teaching methods easily and students produced many contradictions and conflicts,and an indirect effect on the class management goal.Under the background of the current education,the new curriculum reform is in full swing in,along with the extension of the new curriculum reform aspect,the education idea of "humanist" popular.This is the purpose to students as the main body of the starting point,in the "people-oriented" Education under the concept of attention to give full play to students’ subjective initiative,let the students become the subject of class management,let students’ all-round development.Class as the basic unit of school education,student achievement of excellent depending on the success or failure of the class management,and teacher in the class management methods and ideas is a key factor in the success or failure of the class management,so as the teacher education idea to follow the curriculum reform.In the practice and exploration of keeps his education management scheme is more appropriate and student learning,to adapt to the all-round development of students.This topic in class group co-management as the direction of exploration,specific to Ordos City Donglian Modern middle school class as an example.In the process of improving the teaching quality,pay attention to the class management idea of "people oriented",fully tap the class management resources in class management,and carry on the practice and reflection to the class group cooperation mode.This paper first deeply elaborated the concept of the class management of team cooperation.Secondly,in Ordos City Donglian modern department of junior high school class ten as an example of the practice of class management mode,through the practice made certain achievements,confirmed the effectiveness of the class management mode,finally to small combination for class management mode of class management reflection and prospect,and puts forward the class management model to improve the scheme,hope to provide reference for the teacher in the class management theory research and practice research.
